Exhibitor Information

Exhibit Space is available in the lobby of the Coastal Georgia Center throughout the conference. Exhibitors will be featured on the conference website and in the conference materials.

Fees

  • $150 – Exhibitor Package
    (includes one 6 – foot table, 2 chairs and one full-page ad in conference program)
  • $115 – Exhibitor Table

    (includes one 6 – foot table, 2 chairs and one half-page ad in conference program)
  • $100 – Program Ad (includes one full-page ad in conference program)
    Since the deadline has passed, no new ads will be accepted.
  • $65 – Each additional table
  • There is no charge for access to power.
  • Because this is a multi-day conference, meals and breaks are not included in the exhibitor option.
  • Exhibitor space is not reserved until payment is received. Exhibitor fees are non-refundable.
